Notice about shipping
We offer shipping international using Small Packet or EMS by Japan Post shipments for now. We think it is most reliable shipping way in COVID-19 situation. We will reconsider about more better shipping way when If shipping return to normal.
For international orders, please check the parcel's tracking number from time to time, (and when it arrives in your country and if you have any concern about the progress of your delivery ,please contact your local postal service to track the progress of your delivery.)
For parcels which are unable to be delivered and returns due to the customer's own entry error or omission, the customer will be responsible for both the return and reshipment shipping costs.
Therefore, please be sure to fill in your address accurately and without any omissions.

Shipping time
We attempt to have all orders processed and shipped within a couple of business days. Delivery times can vary based on location, please allow longer for regional and international orders.
The day off of shipping is Saturday/Sunday/Japanese national holiday.
We will let you know on HP or SNS about our temporary day off of shipping.

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations / Refunds

Please understand that we do not accept cancellation of orders.
In the unlikely event that there is a defect in the product, we will respond in good faith as follows.
If the delivered product is defective
We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, but if you find any defects in the delivered products, please contact us within 8 days after the products arrive. After confirming the contents, we will promptly replace it with a non-defective product. We propose other way when if out of stocks. Please contact us from "CONTACT US".
In the following cases, it will not be exchanged
・More than 8 days have passed since the products arrived.
・Products that have been repaired, used, washed, cleaned, etc.
・ Products that have scratches, stains, or odors such as cigarettes or perfume
・There is no price tag.
・There is no receipt.
Return of sale items
